What should I do if my charging station that I purchased through ALD Automotive malfunctions?
If your charging station has a malfunction, sometimes the first step to resolving this is a hard reset. You do this as follows. Turn off the fuse in the meter box to which the charging point is connected for 15 minutes. Then turn the fuse back on and wait for the charging point to reset. This may take a few minutes. Then try charging again. Still doesn’t work? Then contact the customer service of your charging station supplier:
